Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free for all orders over $99.

Flat rate shipping for all order under this is only $7.95.

Please note that we currently only ship to Australian addresses. We use Australia Post or Sendle for deliveries, you will receive a tracking number once processed.

We work towards 48 hour dispatch for all products. The maximum anticipated dispatch period for discounted items will be 5 business days from order to dispatch.


Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced right away. For any items that arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 business days so we can quickly arrange a replacement at our cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return damaged or faulty item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Refunds will be processed to credit card used for purchase only. 

We do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases. 

Essentially Health reserves the right to cancel any transaction which may be as the result of incorrectly listed price or shipping price.
